Objective
The role aims to provide accurate and data-based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. The Financial Reporting Advisor will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Key Functions
1. Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing. 2. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis. 3. Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models. 4. Identify trends, advise the company on potential risks and recommend actions. 5. Align financial reports with business strategies. 6. Assess the company's financial performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy. 7. Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning. 8. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take. 9. Maintain knowledge of organizational procedures, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards.
Required Skills
1. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. 2. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications. 3. Knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting. 4. Understanding of risk management. 5. Proficiency in financial modeling techniques. 6. Experience with financial and accounting software applications. 7. Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations. 8. Proficiency in cash flow analysis. 9. Understanding of economic and financial trends. 10. Knowledge of financial data management.
