Key Functions

1. Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers. 2. Design and develop training programs based on both the organization's and individual's needs. 3. Manage the delivery of training and development programs. 4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. 5. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. 6. Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. 7. Keep up to date on new training methods and techniques. 8. Develop individual learning plans for employees. 9. Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement. 10. Manage training budgets.
