Key Functions
1. Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans. 2. Source and attract high-quality candidates. 3. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. 5. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. 6. Utilize relevant tools and platforms for talent acquisition. 7. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. 8. Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team. 9. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. 10. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
Required Skills
1. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 2. Knowledge of HR databases. 3. Proficiency in conducting different types of interviews. 4. Experience with recruitment processes and databases. 5. Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. 6. Knowledge of labor legislation. 7. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. 8. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks. 9. Strong decision-making skills. 10. Experience with sourcing techniques. 11. Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. 12. Excellent knowledge of areas of sourcing, selecting and retaining employees. 13. Hands-on experience with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
