Administer employee benefits programs, handle benefits inquiries to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution, maintain contact with employees and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits, maintain employee benefits data in automated human resources information systems, coordinate daily benefits processing, handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, life insurance, wellness, and health programs, and liaise with insurance companies to resolve benefits-related issues.
