Key Functions
1. Advise on legal matters impacting the company. 2. Draft and review legal documents. 3. Conduct complex contract negotiations. 4. Ensure company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 5. Handle corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits and patents). 6. Develop company policy and position on legal issues. 7. Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues. 8. Provide guidance on business strategy from a legal perspective.
