Interpreting labor laws and regulations, advising management on labor and employment law issues, developing company policies compliant with laws, conducting internal audits for legal compliance, providing training to employees on labor laws, being the point of contact for any labor law-related issues, maintaining knowledge of current labor laws and regulations, and representing the company in any labor disputes or lawsuits.
