The Change Management Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The advisor focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Key Functions

1. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. 2. Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. 3. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. 4. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. 5. Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. 6. Complete change management assessments. 7. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. 8. Identify and manage anticipated resistance. 9. Consult and coach project teams. 10. Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
