Key Functions
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. 2. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned distributor accounts. 3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. 6. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. 7. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. 8. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. 9. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Required Skills
