Objective

The Account Management Advisor is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients. The role is focused on ensuring client satisfaction, retention, contract renewals, revenue maintenance and revenue enhancement.

Key Functions

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients. 2. Ensure client satisfaction through timely resolution of issues. 3. Drive contract renewals and negotiate contracts. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Work closely with sales and marketing team to drive revenue. 6. Provide regular updates to clients on the latest products/services. 7. Maintain a detailed understanding of clients' business strategy, purchasing behavior, & organization. 8. Provide feedback to the internal team on product positioning, marketing materials, and developments.

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of account management principles and processes. 2. Understanding of sales process and dynamics. 3. Proficiency in CRM software and sales databases. 4. Familiarity with data analysis and forecasting methods. 5. Understanding of performance evaluation metrics in sales. 6. Knowledge in sales and marketing principles. 7. Familiarity with financial planning and strategy. 8. Proficiency in negotiation and deal closing. 9. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices. 10.
