Objective
The Scrum Management Advisor is responsible for guiding and supporting Scrum Teams in the principles and practices of Agile and Scrum. This role ensures the team follows Scrum practices, facilitates the removal of impediments, and helps the team achieve its sprint goals.

Key Functions
1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies. 2. Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices. 3. Remove impediments to team progress. 4. Help the team achieve sprint goals. 5. Foster team collaboration and communication. 6. Track and report Scrum team metrics. 7. Advocate for continuous improvement in team processes. 8. Support Product Owner with backlog grooming. 9. Facilitate conflict resolution within the team. 10. Promote team transparency and visibility of work.
