Required Skills
Instructional design, Content development, Knowledge of adult learning theories, Graphic design, E-learning software (such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate), Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI, Training needs analysis, Familiarity with multimedia production, Understanding of assessment and evaluation methods.
